Flat shipping Rates

Due to CAN/USA border tariff issues, there may be extra charges and/or delays in shipping orders to the US. Also, some orders my be cancelled.

Due to a temporary issue with the shipping functions on Shopify, there may be an issue with how much you get charged for shipping, especially for hazmat items below the free shipping threshold.. If this happens to you, please contact us immediately at info@zoomcleaner.ca or 519---590---6305 and we'll fix the issue manually.

All Hazmat items require an additional flat rate shipping fee per order;

We generally have all items in stock when the order is placed. If you see it in the catalog, it is likely in stock.
For any orders not in stock, we will contact you to advise of expected ETA for shipping once we have replenished stock.
Orders are typically shipped the next business day after the order is received. They are shipped by ground freight and It typically takes between 2 and 8 business days for them to arrive at your door. There are several factors that can affect this; Distance the order is being shipped, border crossings, weather, etc.
